Executive Pastry Chef and Owner, Sabrina Kate, had a vision for an all-natural, organic GMO-free bakery specializing in gluten-free, soy-free, peanut-free, corn-free, with refined sugar-free, dairy/casein-free, vegan, egg-free, nut-free, and grain-free options. Catering to the folks with food allergies or anyone wishing to eat healthier baked treats in her community of Southern Oregon, Sabrina created Ambrosia out of sheer passion and creativity…

Ambrosia is one of the only local bakeries that accommodates multiple food allergies & dietary preferences, and is a dedicated wheat, gluten, AND peanut free bakery premises… We take great care to avoid any cross-contamination, and adhere to strict guidelines set forth by the Oregon State Department Of Agriculture for private kitchen bakeries. Our first year in business was just like any journey — full of ups & downs, negatives & positives, gains & losses, successes & failures… But ultimately — GROWTH… We learn and grow every day as we journey towards our goal of opening a storefront bakery/café.
The support of loyal friends & clients has been amazing; as well as the group that has come together to form the Ambrosia Team. We are happy to say that we are here to stay, thanks to the love and support we’ve received from our local community!!! Southern Oregon is a wonderful area with the warmest of hearts! ❤
