Our classes provide an opportunity to learn ideas, recipes, tips, and important health information. Chef Sabrina Kate does chef demos for local events, and has done live demos on KTVL Medford News. She teaches gluten-free and specialty baking classes in Grants Pass, offering her top pro tips & tricks to getting successful results in the kitchen. Her teaching style is fun, laid-back, yet informative, and she creates a light, upbeat environment while helping students learn the art, fundamentals, and science behind gluten-free baking.It is a fun time of cooking, learning, and tasting wonderful organic gluten-free food!!! 🙂
The class cost is $40 for early bird pricing (a month prior to class), $45 (preregistered and prepaid), and $50 at the door. -Troubleshooting (this is a time for discussion and talking about what can go wrong in GF baking and how to fix it)
Make sure to bring an appetite and questions regarding gluten-free baking, you can even bring your favorite family recipe and we’ll show you how to convert it to gluten-free!!
